What does Incorrect approver PIN mean?

The manager or owner PIN you entered did not match. Ask the approver to enter the correct PIN (4 to 6 digits). After several wrong tries the PIN can lock. Owners and managers can reset or unlock a staff PIN under Staff & Roles. Email [email protected] only if you are locked out of the owner account.
