How do I change Approvals and PIN settings?

1. Open Settings, Approvals.
2. Turn each check on or off: unpaid sale cancel, paid sale void, discount, and payment change.
3. Choose whether a reason is required.

Only the Staff role is gated by these PIN checks today.
