What does Approver PIN is locked mean?

Too many wrong PIN tries locked that person's PIN for about 15 minutes (or until a manager unlocks it).

1. Wait, or open Staff & Roles and use Unlock PIN if you manage that person.
2. Retry the approval with the correct PIN.

Owners also get a "PIN locked" alert. If you cannot unlock, email [email protected] with your store name.
