How do I print a prep ticket without the Fulfillment display?

Yes. Prep tickets can print on a printer without the on-screen Fulfillment Display. Available on Starter.

1. In Settings, open Branches and click Edit on the branch. Tick Fulfillment tickets and save.
2. Add Stations and set Routing so each category goes to the right prep station.
3. On the Sidro POS Android tablet that prints, set a Fulfillment printer: tap the More tab, then Thermal printers.
4. Optional: pick a printer per station under Station fulfillment printers.
5. Send or pay an order on that tablet. Tickets print for each station.

If tickets do not print, check that Fulfillment printer is not set to Not assigned on that tablet. Printing from a computer isn't supported yet.
