How do I bump or recall a ticket on the Fulfillment display?

On the Fulfillment Display screen, pick your station, then tap Bump on a ticket when that station's prep is done. Tap Recall to bring a ticket back on screen. Use a separate display from checkout. Works for kitchen, bar, or retail pickup. Needs Professional (or the trial).
