How do I set up tax?

1. Go to Settings, then Taxation.
2. Create a tax profile and pick its Tax type: Tax inclusive (menu prices include tax) or Tax exclusive (tax added at checkout).
3. Set one profile as the default for new products.
4. Products use the Store default unless you pick another profile in the product form.

A non-VAT store can use a 0% profile as the default.
